Frequently asked questions
Direct answers before the first conversation.
Answers about automation ROI, security, integrations, delivery, ownership and AI governance.
01Where should we start?+
Start with one costly, frequent or control-sensitive process. AI Axis establishes a baseline, maps systems and exceptions, then identifies the smallest reliable intervention.
02How do you estimate ROI?+
ROI is tied to the process: time saved, throughput, avoidable errors, waiting time, service capacity, risk exposure or reporting effort. No ROI claim is made before the baseline is validated.
03Can you integrate legacy systems?+
Often, yes. The approach depends on available APIs, database access, files, email, browser workflows and security constraints. Discovery confirms the safest viable interface.
04Do we need AI?+
Not necessarily. Rules, integration and better workflow design often create value without AI. AI is used where interpretation, classification, generation or knowledge access materially improves the outcome.
05How do you control AI risk?+
Use cases are bounded by approved data, structured outputs, validation, traceability, human review, exception paths, evaluation and operating ownership appropriate to the risk.
06What happens when an API changes?+
Business-critical integrations need monitoring, version awareness, controlled credentials, clear owners and a maintenance plan. These are designed into the engagement.
07Can you work with our IT team or vendors?+
Yes. AI Axis can lead delivery, provide specialist architecture and implementation, or work inside a broader program with internal teams and vendors.
08Who owns the software and documentation?+
Ownership and licensing are agreed in the proposal. The preferred default is transparent handover of agreed source, configuration and operating documentation, subject to third-party licenses.
09How long does a project take?+
A focused audit or prototype may take weeks; multi-system implementation takes longer. Timing depends on scope, access, data quality, security review and change impact.
10Do you provide maintenance and training?+
Yes. Support can cover monitoring, incidents, platform changes, improvement, administrator enablement and business-user training.
11Can you support enterprise or government requirements?+
Architecture can be shaped around identity, environments, auditability, data residency, procurement and security requirements. Specific compliance claims require engagement-level confirmation.
12Do you publish fixed prices?+
Not for implementation work. Integration complexity and operating risk vary substantially. AI Axis uses a defined discovery step and then provides scope, deliverables, assumptions and commercial structure.

Where should automation create value first?
Bring one process, integration problem or operating constraint. We will define the right first step—without forcing AI where simpler engineering works better.
